After much thought and discussion with several of our service partners, Mothers Trust Foundation has decided to hold our annual coat drive this year using the same format as last year.
We are looking forward to another wonderful event and are grateful for all of you who help us get winter gear into the hands of families who need it!
Coat Drive Details
Date: Saturday, November 14
Location: Foss Park District
Time: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Ordering Dates and Process
This year, we have created a Google Doc to be used for submitting your orders. Please be sure to complete all required fields so we have the information needed to process your request.
Orders will be accepted from October 19 through October 30. Each order will be recorded as it is received and filled based on the date it was submitted, following a first-come, first-served process.
As a reminder, we will do our very best to fill as many orders as possible, but we cannot guarantee that every request will be filled. We won't know exactly what inventory is available until the morning of the coat drive, when all the donated winter gear arrives at Foss Park and is laid out for distribution.
Order Confirmations and Pickup
Once you submit your order you will receive a copy of the submitted form.
Please hold on to your confirmation and bring a copy with you on the day of pickup. Having your confirmation with you will help us ensure that orders are released to the correct organizations. Unfortunately, we may not be able to release an order without a copy of the confirmation.
All orders must be picked up by 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 14.
As in previous years, any orders that have not been picked up by noon will be distributed to other local organizations that day. Mothers Trust Foundation does not have the ability to store orders or arrange for pickup at another time, so please plan accordingly.

Tras reflexionar y conversar con varios de nuestros socios colaboradores, Mothers Trust Foundation ha decidido llevar a cabo su campaña anual de recolección de abrigos siguiendo el mismo formato que el año pasado.
Esperamos con ilusión otro evento maravilloso y estamos muy agradecidos con todos ustedes, quienes nos ayudan a hacer llegar prendas de abrigo a las familias que las necesitan.

Fechas y proceso de pedido
Este año, hemos creado un documento de Google para realizar los pedidos. Por favor, asegúrese de completar todos los campos obligatorios para que contemos con la información necesaria para procesar su solicitud.
Se aceptarán pedidos del 19 al 30 de Octubre. Cada pedido se registrará a medida que se reciba y se completará según la fecha en que se envió, siguiendo un proceso por orden de llegada.
Como recordatorio, haremos todo lo posible para completar tantos pedidos como sea posible, pero no podemos garantizar que se completen todas las solicitudes. No sabremos exactamente qué inventario está disponible hasta la mañana de la colecta de abrigos, cuando todo el equipo de invierno donado llegue a Foss Park y esté listo para su distribución.
Confirmación de pedido y recogida
Una vez que envíe su pedido, recibirá una copia del formulario enviado.
Por favor, conserve su confirmación y traiga una copia el día de la recogida. Tener la confirmación a mano nos ayudará a garantizar que los pedidos se entreguen a las organizaciones correspondientes. Lamentablemente, es posible que no podamos entregar un pedido si no se presenta una copia de la confirmación.
